Both the cyclist and the HGV start after the traffic light turns green, the HGV goes quite deep into the junction to commence the left-turning manoeuvre, while the cyclist intends to carry straight ahead. The cyclist takes HGV's intention wrongly and the HGV is not able to heed cyclist....
